1. Interpretation
AKAN educates our interpreters on Islam and Arab cultures to understand patients and guardians and teaches them to convey the feelings of patients and medical staff beyond professional medical explanations.
One interpreter is wholly responsible for patients each day.
- An efficient system that allows assigning one-to-one dedicated interpreter when a patient visits the hospital
- A dedicated interpreter is assigned without a time limit to accurately discern the patient’s condition and emotion
A medical interpretation team led by 10 elites of domestic medical interpreters with an average of 7-year experience.
- We also have more than 24 freelance medical interpreters
- Out continuous in-depth education is fostering more interpreters
We record and share all interpretations on a daily basis.
- AKAN makes it a rule to record interpretations in a detailed and accurate manner in order to thoroughly manage the patient’s treatment cycle
- Record interpretation details in order to respect the patient’s rights and minimize damage and disputes.
